Support request in general
- Any requests not related to any services, functions and/or utilities provided on RK forums will be rejected.
- Any request unrelated to a forum/mod/game presented on RK forums, will be rejected.
- Do not ask for private support. Your question can helps other!
- No begging or pushing to get a faster answer.
- Do not abuse the @<name> mentions, they are not a tool to get faster responses.
- Do not post in all caps.
Before asking for help, be sure to:
- Have a good title for your topic:
- Don't use any tag or prefix in your title to make it more visible.
- The title of your topic must be specific to your problem
Description of your need for assistance:
- Tell us on which page/section of the forum
- Tell us which version of the game you are using?
- Tell us which mods you have installed?
- Explain exactly the bug you encounter!
- ...
Support request related to a mod
- Any help request about a mod in this section will be ignored, please ask your question on the dedicated page of the mod you need help with.
Those who do not follow these simple rules will have their request ignored, pending or deleted. In extreme situation, you can get banned.
