Overview:
This is a mod that adds human creams overlay to your character's body, based on a celeb's female body preset, the overlay should be compatible with all races/body shapes (Probably not trans tho). Due to the limitation of the current coding structure, this mod cannot replace the in-game scene cream overlay, that means you have to apply them yourself as you wish to.
All the resources are credit to Polistrio from LL: FO4 C Overlays.

Features:
As Mentioned, this mod provides 3 human-based colored overlays: Body, Face, Legs that should be compatible to all female races/body shapes. I also uploaded the source psd files (you'll need Photoshop to open it) so you can remove/add or modify some cream as you wish to.
At the same time, I've provided some creams.png that can be easily installed by Drag&Drop, some of you might find the amount of cream unsettling/dissatisfied, in which case you're more than welcome to modify the overlay yourself.

Installation:
For Quick Installation:
Drag&Drop body/face/legcream.png under LifePlay_(Your version here)_bit_\LifePlay\Content\Modules\vin_Base\Presets\celebs, then start the game, enter character creation/edit appearance , import the corresponding Overlays with your corresponding Body parts on the Right Hand Side.

For Custom Installation:
Edit the overlay with your favorite software, save them as PNG, then follow the same installation process as quick install.

FAQ:

Q: Why does my character's body disappear after importing the overlay?
A: Make sure you import the overlay on the Right Hand Side, the left hand side is your character's normal skin overlay, importing a half-transparent cream overlay will also make your character half-transparent.

Q: The overlay looks wired on my body part/ I can only apply them to my body, but not face/leg.
A: You can change the body part you applied to on the top of the overlay import section, there you will find 4 body parts (I didn't make one for hands) you can import the overlay into. Make sure to import corresponding overlay to the corresponding part for best experience.

Q: I want to modify them and publish them as my own mod.
A: It's more than welcome to do so, I recommend you credit Polistrio. The resources can be used without permission as Polistrio said, but must remain free.
