Welcome to the general discussion forum! This forum is here to provide you with a friendly environment where you can discuss all aspects of LifePlay with other players.
Community forums work best when participants treat fellow posters with respect and courtesy, so we ask that you take the time to read the forum code of conduct and guidelines before posting.
Guidelines
In addition to the forum code of conduct, here are some common courtesy guidelines to follow. While these are technically within the limits of the code of conduct, they cover more specific examples of common mistakes that will lead to deletion of discussion threads or revocation of posting privileges.

Guidelines
In addition to the forum code of conduct, here are some common courtesy guidelines to follow. While these are technically within the limits of the code of conduct, they cover more specific examples of common mistakes that will lead to deletion of discussion threads or revocation of posting privileges.
- The LifePlay Community Forums are intended for discussion of topics directly related to LifePlay.
- The forums here are specifically for discussing the game and related topics. All topics unrelated to LifePlay are subject to removal.
- Do not post in capital letters, use misleading title, excessive punctuation and / or non-standard symbols, etc.
- While everyone wants their posts read, we ask that you refrain from using these types of tactics in order to get more people to your thread. Discussions that violate this guideline are subject to deletion.
- The use of the names of community team members in a feed topic title is frowned upon.
- Everyone would like me, Vin, moderators or whatever, to read and respond to their post, and we understand that; However, using such words in the title of your answer / topic does not help this happen. Please make the title of your discussion thread relevant to the subject of the post. Discussions that violate this guideline are subject to deletion.
- Do not create a comment or a new topic intended to report spam or a bug on the site. This is considered spam and does not help us. If you think a thread should be moderate, please use the report button to do so.
- Do not "bump" messages.
- Posting simply to bring up a thread is considered spam. It also includes waking up very old threads for no reason.
- Petitions, religious messages, any sort of ads are frowned upon.
- These are discussion forums and as such we ask you to have discussions. Creating a thread to request responses as votes is not a discussion. Discussions that violate this guideline are subject to deletion.
- Do not post to locked or deleted discussions.
- Moderated posts have a reason behind moderation. It is up to you to read the forum's code of conduct and these guidelines to determine what you have done wrong, learn from your mistake, and try to post again without breaking the rules.
- Serious violations will always be subject to appropriate action, as documented in the Code of Conduct, and we keep track of these recovery periods separately.
