The rules are simple
How to join?- You are an artist:
Show off some of your creations that you think LifePlay gamer would like and who will fit with the story in place!
You are a modder:
Show me the files you have created for the remake of LifePlay.
You are a tester:
Find typos or fixing texts, find bugs or dead ends, help us to set better values on each actions,...
You are a writer:
Create a story who fit with the remake of LifePlay universe and I or we will make the coding!
Most important rules before joining
- You need to be at least 18 years old or older.
- You need to be an artist, a modder or a writer.
- You need to join the [https://discord.gg/d3U9E2wb4Y RaiderKnight Discord server] (no obligations but if you want news...).
- You need to show your work.
- If accepted, you will have access to #lp-remake channels.
- Once in place, your contribution cannot be deleted.1
- You accept to give your contribution to the project.1
Rules when editing or creating a file
- Keep the original story in place
- Before editing anything, tell other modders, on [https://discord.gg/d3U9E2wb4Y RaiderKnight Discord server - Workflows channel], on which file/folder you gonna work on.
- Try to add more consequences / possibilities to actions / scenes.
- Try to add missing statistics (mood, physical form, excitement, energy, ...) to actions / scenes.
- Try adding new actions / scenes to this mod.
- All your changes must be compatible with the latest version of the file you are editing.
- When you edit a scene, add your signature at the end of the file, in a comment '//', so that we know who has improved this scene.
- All modders / writers who edited the same lpscene file have their names listed at the end of the file.
- If you edit a lpscene already edited, tag or surround your code with comments '//', if possible.
- If you are creating a new file, add your initials at the beginning of the filename.
- If your code is really complex to understand or if you use strange names for your variables, please comment your coding.
- If you are creating a new variable / global, add your initials at the beginning of the variable / global name.
- After creating a new variable / global, if possible, add it to the wiki or make a list and send it to Raddeck.
- Try to correct everything (typos, bugs, ...).
- Test before sharing.

If I refuse your contribution, don't be upset, maybe:
- Your story already exist or is too short.
- You overestimated the power of the game.
- Your story have too many elements, that it will take a year to code.
- Your coding is so bad, that I have to remake it.
- Your mod don't have enough actions/content/consequences,...
- Others.
The above rules can be changed at any time. Please note that this list is also not exhaustive. It is therefore preferable to consult them before contributing to the project.[/b]
