blockNPCRelationships(Actor)


USE:
Prevents this person from ever having NPC-NPC relationships. Mainly used for ex-relative bf/gf so that your gf/ former sister doesn't introduce you to her brother that you apparently haven't met


TYPE: Command, Non-Ref
RETURNS: /
THEME: NPC-NPC
COMPARE: addNPCRelationship
